sphere core

sphere core is generally used as a thin core (to create bulk) or print blocker (liner) in fibre reinforced laminates, manufactured with Hand Lay-Up or Spray-Up processes.

sphere core mats should always be fully impregnated with resin.

It can replace much heavier solid glass layers thus having a weight saving of 60%.

One layer of sphere core builds up thickness rapidly and is available from 1 mm to 10 mm thickness.
