This gun is a one piece casting model and excels at surface touchups such as mold repair, composite refinish and delicate boat hull repair.

Cleaning is extremely easy and can be cleaned using acetone in just a few minutes.

Plastic or Aluminum cups can also be used for different color gelcoats instead of our exclusive graduated poly-pro cup. 

Blue die cast body ensures long life. 

G830-2.0 gun comes complete with a 2.0mm stainless steel nozzle, 0.12 liter cup and plastic material strainer. 

There are separate adjustments for spray pattern width and material volume. 

The 2.0mm nozzle is perfect for gel coat and resin.

Smart Mat Cutter

Our Smart Mat Cutter has a thin base plate that makes it easier to cut complicated patters.

Its ultra slim and aerodynamic design increases working capacity and can cut up to 12mm (1/2”) thick stack of reinforcement.

Inbuilt sharpener grinds a new sharp edge for longer cutting life and the inbuilt air fan keeps the motor cool for longer shifts.
