Catalyst Dispenser

Catalyst (MEKP) for polyester resin systems, is the most sensitive and critical ingredient. Its incorrect ratio can seriously hamper quality of our FRP parts.

Exact measurement of catalyst is very important. Slight change in catalyst-to-resin ratio will either leave parts uncured or exotherm (cure) will reach too fast.

Understanding significance of precise measurement of catalyst, tools4frp have launched a new version of Catalyst Dispenser,that can accurately measure even ½ ml.

Maximum capacity of the measuring cylinder is 15 ml and storage bottle is 500 ml.

Resin Squeegee

Resin Squeegee ensures that resin has been thoroughly and evenly distributed.

As they are pushed along the surface of your wet lay-up, they help to: • Push excess resin out of the lamination, preventing brittleness in a finished part
• Improves fiber-to-resin ratio as it picks up excess resin
• Eliminate air pockets trapped between layers of reinforcement
• Push the resin into reinforcement and dry areas that might have been left
• Improves strength properties of the reinforcement by curing all the dry areas

Bristle Roller

Bristle Roller consists of a spirally wound metal core onto which bristles are embedded and can penetrate into the laminate to remove and buster air bubbles whilst producing a very effective consolidating action.

• Removes air much faster than a brush. 
• Works well for knitted/unidirectional/multi-axial fabrics. 
• They are very effective for irregular surfaces.
