Semi-Permanent Liquid Release System

Release agents provide the critical barrier between a molding surface and the substrate, facilitating separation of the cured part from the mold. Without such a barrier in place, the substrate would become fused to the mold surface, resulting in difficult clean-up and dramatic loss in production efficiency.

This Semi-Permanent Liquid Release System is designed to increase the performance of fibre-glass plastic production by forming a cross-linking durable coating on the mold's surface providing multiple releases, hence greatly improving the manufacturing ease and economics. It is easy to use and have no CFC.
